This is Clinton's personal councillor website.

Official Village records remain with the Village of Barons.

Use the Village Office for services, records, and requests.

Independent councillor site

This site is operated by Clinton Bishop as an individual councillor. It is not the official Village of Barons website.

The site is meant to help residents follow Clinton's council work, read updates, understand votes, send ideas or concerns, and find links to official Village resources.

Information on this site

Content on this site is provided for general information. It may summarize council items, votes, issues, meeting previews, meeting recaps, and Clinton's own reasons for voting a certain way.

Records, notices, bylaws, minutes, permits, payments, complaints, service requests, and administrative matters should be confirmed through the Village of Barons.

If there is a difference between this site and a Village record, the Village record should be treated as authoritative.

When to use the Village

  • Submitting a resident idea, contact message, or website feedback form does not create a Village service request, complaint, permit application, records request, payment request, or administrative request.
  • Messages to Clinton do not replace contacting the Village Office when the matter belongs with Village administration.
  • Clinton can listen, ask questions, explain his votes, and raise issues through the council process. An individual councillor cannot direct Village staff or make decisions alone.

Emergencies and time-sensitive matters

Do not use this website for emergencies or urgent public safety matters.

For emergencies, call 911. For urgent Village services or administrative matters, use the Village of Barons contact options.

Resident submissions

  • You are responsible for the information you submit.
  • Do not submit false, threatening, abusive, defamatory, unlawful, confidential, or highly sensitive information.
  • Do not submit someone else's personal information unless you have a proper reason and authority to do so.
  • Clinton may read, organize, respond to, archive, or delete submissions as needed.
  • Clinton may summarize themes from submissions in public updates, but resident names are not published by default.
  • Submitting a message does not guarantee a response, a council agenda item, or a particular council outcome.

Website feedback

Website feedback is for broken links, typos, form problems, accessibility concerns, pages not loading, privacy concerns, and similar website issues.

It is not for Village service requests, complaints, permits, payments, emergencies, or administrative services.

Admin area

Admin pages and admin tools are for Clinton Bishop and approved site administration only.

Attempting to access, test, interfere with, or bypass admin security without permission is not allowed.

Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse forms, spam the site, submit malicious code, or attempt to disrupt the website.
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to private submissions, draft content, meeting notes, vote logs, admin settings, or Supabase data.
  • Do not use this site in a way that interferes with other visitors, the admin tools, or the security of the site.

Copyright, logo, and content

Unless otherwise noted, website text, page layouts, graphics, the Clinton Bishop branding, and original materials on this site are owned by Clinton Bishop or used with permission.

You may share links to public pages and quote short excerpts with clear context and attribution. Do not use the logo, branding, photos, or larger portions of content in a way that suggests endorsement, Village status, or ownership.

Availability and changes

The site may be changed, corrected, updated, archived, placed in maintenance mode, or taken offline without notice.

Content may be incomplete, out of date, or corrected after publication. Village records should be checked for final wording and formal decisions.

No warranty

This site is provided as is. Reasonable care is taken with public content, but no guarantee is made that the site will always be available, error-free, complete, or current.

Use Village sources for records, deadlines, applications, payments, bylaws, notices, and administrative decisions.
